Policies

We love all of our clients at Salon Promise, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Beauty Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us today.

All services rendered are a la carte. If client arrives more than 10 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule. All color services start with a base price. The cost will be determined by the amount of product and time needed to render services. All formal styling requires hair to be clean and dry, unless additional services are scheduled.
